Registration Process

Spring 2021 online registration is open now

  • First-come, first-served registration takes place January 13 at 10 a.m. through February 12 at 4 p.m.
  • Drop/Add and late registration will be available during approximately the first week of each session, see below for Drop/Add details.
  • Registration takes place online only — first-come, first-served — via our secure, online registration system.
  • The Spring 2021 UD OLLI Online membership fee is $75, with a per-class registration fee of $25 for each 5-week class and $50 for each 11-week class; please review the full Registration and Refund Policies below.

Registration policies and processes

Membership & registration overview

  • First-come first-served registration opens January 13, 10 a.m.
  • Spring 2021 UD OLLI Online membership fee $75which includes:
  • Per-class registration fee $25 or $50
    • When you enroll in classes, a per-class registration fee will apply, $25 for each 5-week class and $50 for each 11-week class.
    • Registration is first-come, first-served
    • There is no limit placed on the number of courses you can register for.
    • Courses with off-site community partners have a separate pricing fee which is noted in the course description of the class.
    • A sample registration might be — Spring 2021 Membership ($75) plus one 5-week class ($25) and one 11-week class ($50) for a total of $150. The membership fee is required for class registration, including all 5- and 11-week classes.
  • Scholarships available Some need-based partial scholarships are available. Please contact Joni Bero at jbero@udel.edu for more information.


Registration Process

  • Registration opens January 13, 2021 at 10 a.m., through February 12 at 4 p.m.
  • Seats will be allotted on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED basis.
  • Registration for UD OLLI Online will be available via this website only
  • In-person, fax or mail-in registration are not available.
  • Payment must be made via credit card at the time of registration.
  • Registration for UD OLLI Online is considered final once online registration and payment are submitted. See detailed refund policy below.


Drop/Add Process

Drop-add will be available for courses with open seats and will be held as follows.

  • Drop/add period for 11-week session:  February 22-March 5
  • Drop/add period for first 5-week session:  February 22-26
  • Drop/add period for second 5-week session:  April 5-9

How to drop or add a class

Drop/Add requests must be submitted via the UD OLLI Online Drop/Add webform (available soon). No emailed requests will be accepted. Please expect a 24-48 hour response time to your request. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

The UD OLLI Online website will include a portal to adjust their registration. Three options will be included:


Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for membership fees.
  • Refund requests for class fees will be permitted only during the drop/add period for the session registered.
  • Refund requests must be made via online form which will be accessible through the OLLI website only during the relevant Drop/Add period.
  • No refunds will be provided for technical problems with member participation (e.g., internet problems, computer failure)
  • Class fee refunds will be subject to a $5 administrative fee to cover the costs of payment processing and administrative expenses.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to review and approval by program managers.
  • Should a class be canceled or rescheduled resulting in a schedule conflict for the member, the relevant class fee will be refunded in full.
