Looking for some fun classes and activities in the Wilmington area this fall? There’s still time to register for UD’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) program, the University of Delaware’s learning cooperative for adults age 50-plus to take classes and socialize together, with no grades or exams.
In addition to the Wilmington location, OLLI classes are also offered online, as well as in Dover, Lewes, Newark and Ocean View. There’s something for everyone. Classes start September 2, and registration is available through September 15.
OLLI’s Wilmington home is on UD’s beautiful Wilmington Campus, comprising Arsht Hall and Goodstay Gardens, 2700 Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilmington. Classes offered this fall include:
Unlimited OLLI course registrations throughout Delaware and online
Your OLLI membership includes unlimited course registration at all UD OLLI locations, including online classes. (Martians or Mozart, anyone? Online classes this semester include The Martians Are Coming: How Orson Welles Terrorized The Nation and Operas By Mozart And Leoncavallo.)
