Designed for adults who want to better understand their emotional patterns and how they shape daily interactions. Explore how you recognize, interpret and respond to emotions — your own and others’ — and how these habits influence communication, decisions and relationships. Participants gain insights they can use immediately to navigate stress, strengthen empathy, and improve interactions in family life, volunteer roles, community work, employment, and everyday situations.
