As current events and political debates test the resilience of our Constitution, we review key constitutional doctrines and their inherent consequences that surround the U.S. Supreme Court. We distill, analyze and simplify those influential, complex and noteworthy decisions emanating from the Court’s current term. In addition, it has been over five years since the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We revisit her life as well as her compelling contributions and influence upon the law.
This offering meets for a total of 11 session(s).
