Historic New Castle Walking Tour (SE307)

Additional fee: $6.50 fee for professional tour, payable on day of event. Meet us in Historic New Castle for a curated walking tour. Please note that many streets have uneven brick sidewalks, and participants are required to climb stairs in some buildings. Visit an amazing variety of remarkably preserved historic buildings from the 17th through the 19th centuries, some with professional tours ($6.50 total). Enjoy lunch (participants pay for their meal) and browse antique shops. See syllabus for details. Rain date: July 24. Please note additional fee mentioned above.

RILL, GLENN — B.S., mathematics and M.S., computer science, University of Maryland. Retired after 40-year career in computer technology. Interests include tennis, golf, guitar, traveling and all types of music. (SE307)

SOUDER, SUZANNE — B.A., sociology, University of Delaware, minor in history. Thirty-five years working in Social Security field offices, retiring as a district manager. Active in the community and enjoys cooking, hiking, photography, tennis, travel, biking, reading about history, cosmology, political science and biographies. (SE307)
