Follow the path from discovery of nuclear fission and the explosion of scientific work to the vast engineering efforts at Oak Ridge, Hanford and Los Alamos that culminated in the atomic bomb. Examine the science, management and the men and women behind the project, using photographs, diagrams and interviews to reveal both the technological achievement and the human story.
