This is a hybrid course. One section meets on site at the location listed; and one section meets online only.

Designed for adults who want to better understand themselves and how they interact in the world, this course helps you understand how your natural style, personal motivators and other factors shape the way you show up in life and work. It highlights what energizes you, where you may feel drained, and how to create more satisfying interactions and activities. Participants gain personalized insights to improve communication and fulfillment in relationships, volunteer roles, community work, employment and everyday life.
