Q – Health and Wellness

Graphic of Delaware with Sussex County Highlighted

Lewes (Trinity Faith Education Building) | September 8, 2026-October 6, 2026

Tuesday: 9:00 AM-10:15 AM

This course explores personal and interpersonal transformation through conflict. Drawing upon the frameworks in Conflict Sparks Change by Kim Faircloth and Dawn Bedlivy, we explore strategies and models such as ‘HERE’ (honor, explore, reflect, establish) and others. Participants learn to understand their responses to conflict, deepen listening and empathy skills, and practice facilitating constructive dialogue, as well as how to address common blocks to resolving conflict and use the models to shift their own perceptions, and generate options for resolution.

This offering meets for a total of 5 session(s).
