Q – Health and Wellness

Graphic of Delaware with Sussex County Highlighted

Lewes (Trinity Faith Education Building) | September 8, 2026-October 6, 2026

Tuesday: 10:45 AM-12:00 PM

This course is for those wanting to learn about the what, why and how of plant-based eating through video and discussion, food preparation and tasting. We focus on the benefits of consuming vegetables, whole grains, beans, fruit, herbs and spices, plus small quantities of nuts and seeds. We minimize salt, sugar, added oils and highly processed foods while avoiding all meat and dairy products. Simplicity, fun, great taste, and good personal and planetary health are the immediate outcomes.

This offering meets for a total of 5 session(s).
