K – Writing

Tuesday: 9:00 AM-10:15 AM

Prerequisite: Only for folks new to writing. For OLLI members who have true stories to tell but who may benefit from instruction and support with the writing process. We’ll use writing prompts to release memories and turn them into engaging sentences and paragraphs that resonate with and educate readers. Examples of classic nonfiction, creative nonfiction, literary journalism, and prose/poetry will be discussed. The goal is to help everyone find their voice in writing. Absolutely no AI (artificial intelligence).
