Please join Chef Alex Neaton from Longwood Gardens for a casual cooking session and discussion of Farm to Table dishes. The menu will depend somewhat on availability, but there will be plenty of food, drink and great conversation. This is a one-day, four-hour session held in an off-site residence kitchen in Dover, and there will be an additional $25 class materials fee due on the day of the session.

NEATON, ALEX — 12 years of culinary experience in restaurants in the northern Delaware area, including The Green Room, The Rail, and Bella Coast, and six years at Longwood Gardens, including two as chef de cuisine. (SE311)

NEATON, BOBBI — B.A., sociology, Western Maryland College; co-owner and operator of businesses in Dover, Delaware, for 35 years. Lover of literature and history. (SE311)
