Wednesday: 12:45 PM-2:00 PM
Each week, we will focus on one chef. (The first will be Julia Child.) Students will choose something from any of that chef’s cookbooks to make and bring to class. During class, we’ll learn about the chef and students will share what they liked, learned, hated etc. about their chosen recipe. Then, it’s “bon appetit” as we enjoy what we have made.
This offering meets for a total of 5 session(s).
