COUNTRY LINE DANCING (F243)

F – Culture

Graphic of Delaware with New Castle County Highlighted

Wilmington (Arsht Hall) | September 14, 2026-October 19, 2026

Monday: 2:30 PM-3:45 PM

Schedule has been updated since catalog publication.

This course will start with easy popular country line dances that face one or two walls. These dances are done individually spaced out in a room as on a volleyball court. The level of the dances will progress, depending on the ability of the participants. Dancers should wear smooth, leather bottom shoes or cowboy boots so they can slide along on a carpeted floor. The dancers will learn basic line dance vocabulary so that they can visit other centers and participate in their dance sessions as well.

Updated schedule — Class will not meet on Sept. 21, and the end date of this class has been changed to Oct. 19.
