What does advertising through the years tell us about our own cultural history? Take a nostalgic journey of advertising from the 1950s to the present with a new perspective. We’ll analyze a variety of old ads and discuss what they tell us about our historical attitudes toward luxury, leisure, work, gender roles, race, health, technology, style and more. See how advertising reflects changes in our lifestyles and attitudes over time.
