Course covers history and art; the Lenni Lenape, New Sweden in the 1600s, Wilmington’s oldest house and gardens on the 400 acre farm, the Revolutionary War, Quakers and the Underground Railroad, the Civil War, Howard Pyle and his legacy, the duPonts, Wawaset, to today, guided by local experts.
