INTRODUCTION TO BOOK BINDING (B379)

B – Fine Arts

Additional fee: There is a required supply fee of $25. This hands-on course offers a comprehensive introduction to the craft of bookbinding, perfect for beginners or those looking to expand their creative skills. Participants explore traditional bookbinding techniques, learning the fundamentals of folding, stitching and constructing books from raw materials. The course covers two binding styles along with an overview of cover design and material selection. List of required tools will be emailed. Please note additional fee mentioned above.

DANIELS, REBECCA — grew up in a small town at the foothills of the Appalachia developing a love for the outdoors and the arts. After raising three kids and retiring from cybersecurity consulting, she spends time crafting and wandering outdoors hunting heffalumps and woozles with her husband and beloved furry kids.
