Explore our energy history, nuclear reactor basics, waste and safety, and the climate-driven choices shaping our electric future. We revisit personal memories of Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima, examining how our views of nuclear have been influenced by media and entertainment. Compare newer pressurized water, modular and high-temperature designs, and see the breadth of approaches to nuclear worldwide — ideal for curious, discussion-oriented learners open to mixed evidence and tradeoffs.
