Required text: Italian is Fun, Giuliano and Wald, 978-0-87720-597-5. This is a course in which we will learn vocabulary, grammar, and the pronunciation of the Italian language. We will also learn a bit about Italian history, geography and culture. An aria from a famous Italian opera will be played each week.

GILMOUR, ANNIE — B.A.+30, University of Delaware. Studied at the Puccini Institute in Italy. Taught French, Italian and Spanish for 30 years on the secondary level in New Castle County and 10+ years at OLLI Wilmington. Enjoys reading, watching foreign films and spending time in Lewes, Delaware.
