• Open House & Walk-in Registration, Jan. 8 or 9 — 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Jan. 8—Lewes or Jan. 9—Dover
• Priority registration deadline — Jan. 16 (all locations) — registration is on a space-available basis after this date.
